Meghan Post, founder and CEO of PostHawk Consulting, is a talent optimization expert recognized for her proficiency in developing leaders and high performing teams. Meghan’s unique ability to integrate an organization’s most valuable asset – people – into strategic plans has proven to increase ROI for the organizations she has worked with throughout her career.
Meghan’s expertise stems from 20 years of experience in leadership roles at local, national and global nonprofit organizations. Prior to launching PostHawk Consulting, Meghan provided strategic, inspired leadership resulting in an 80% increase in revenue for the global organization where she worked. In her prior role, Meghan’s visionary leadership and passion for developing others to maximize their contributions and grow their careers while driving for results, contributed to $375 million raised – and less turnover – for the organization where she worked.
As a dynamic leader and creative problem solver, Meghan has mastered the art of building teams that not only meet and exceed organizational goals, but meet the individuals’ needs as well, while building a culture of engagement.
